Cancellation and Amendment policy
- Chiang Mai Elephant Sanctuary welcomes guests throughout the year and continues operations during light rain and typical weather conditions. Reservations cancelled due to weather-related reasons are not eligible for refunds.
- Changes to an existing booking requested between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled program start time may be accepted once per reservation at no extra cost.
- Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours prior to the visit date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours of the scheduled visit will receive a partial refund, with a cancellation charge of 400 THB per person deducted.
- Refunds will not be issued for guests who fail to arrive (“no-show”) or for reservations cancelled or modified less than 24 hours before the confirmed start time.
